Tea bad?

Is it bad that I drink like a glass of tea everyday? Someone told me I'm not aloud because of the caffeine.

My doc said I could have up to 3 cups a day. Just don't overdo it.  :)

Decaf tea taste exactly the same. My dr said it's way better than soda or any carbonated drinks. I drink it daily (huge craving)

My doc said tea is so much better than a soda. I love iced tea, as long as you don't drink more than 200mg of caffeine.

They do make decaffeinated tea if your worried. But my ob said a little caffeine a day doesn't hurt. I found out because I stopped drinking caffeine all together and got headaches.
