Early scan?

Hi all!
After 3 negative home tests (last one done Sunday) , went to the dr yesterday and found out that I am in fact pregnant! So over the moon! However, she's worried things aren't right due to spotting etc and said I will need an early scan. My last period began on 8th Jan... So how soon do you think I could go for the scan? I'm so nervous!

Earliest would be next week but still may not see much. My ob wants me to be between 8-10 weeks. My lmp was also Jan 8 so my appt for scan is not until Mar 9th. I miscarried last year before 6 weeks but the dr didn't seem to think I needed to be seen any earlier unless I had problems. Praying everything is ok!

My lmp was Jan 3rd and I will be going for my first ultrasound at 7w5d next Friday as I have endometrosis so they want to check placement and viability.

My lmp was 9th Jan and Im 5+6 today and having first ultrasound Friday 26th. After 6 weeks you should be able to see fetal pole and heartbeat
