Heating pad?

Is it ok to use a heating pad for light cramping? No bleeding and the cramps are more annoying than painful...I'm 9 weeks.

I was recommended to use one on my back by my Dr bc I'm pregnant by IVF and have to do progesterone injections daily in my lower back. But I was told strictly only on the back (no belly) and no more than 30 mins on low or medium - the key is to keep your core temp down.

Not on your stomach. You can use it on your back though.
