About 2 weeks after sex (during ovulation), as women ovulate exactly 14 days before AF. So if you miss your period, then test. Otherwise implantation occurs 6-10 days after egg is fertilized, so typically pregnancy tests say you can test up to 5 or 6 days before period. You'll get a more accurate result the later you test, so closer to the time of when your period would arrive.
