Cervix lowered 8dpo? Any one know about the cervix haha

I have been having peach, tan discharge off and on the last two days accompanied by light burning cramps, now today is 8dpo and I checked my cervix tonight, like I normally do in the shower and for some reason it was lower somewhat soft and closed and this morning it was high? Anybody know anything about the cervix, ttc!
