Hello I was diagnosed with PCOS in sept 2015. I haven't had a period since may 2015 but got one last month (jan) that lasted 7 days and came on its own. I know periods are very irregular with PCOS. I havent had a period this month yet, but i have pressure in lower abdomen and slight pain on right side like where ovary is. The hubby and I have been trying to conceive for over a year now. I guess I just want to know what u ladies did to help conceive and how did u know. Like did u just test randomly every month or u just knew? I hope that makes sense. Thanks you any input.
