Sooooooo annoyed and confused help

💖🍼👶🏼Christina👶🏼🍼💖 • Fri, Feb 19 • 24years old been with partner 6years.....little boy age 6 and little girl age 4.....trying for baby number 3 😀😀

So I got a positive test 2 days ago and went for an early pregnancy scan toda due to my other pregnancy they could not find any thing in my womb but she told me that the lineing or my womb has thicken to 8.3mm got to take another test on Sunday then go back on Monday any1 know what's happening or had this before pic attached of test I did xx
