Help!

I just woke up to use the bathroom and noticed like light pink blood..it's not heavy but I'm freaking out I'm 36 weeks and I don't know what to do. Is this supposed to happen? I've looked it up and it says it's normal for like a little stringy light pink blood around this time but it wasn't stringy it was just runny idk. Help I'm worried :( 😰😢
