SHARP PAINS !
This is my first child and I'm currently 14 weeks and 4 days. Last night I had what felt like a cramp on one side but then started to feel like sharp pains all over my stomach ! I couldn't even move it was so bad. I usually sleep on my stomach or my side but I couldn't even do that. Is this normal ? Could it be just growing pains ?
