I've been suffering with irregular periods for over a year and a half now. I'm sexually active with my partner and we do not use any birthcontrol other than withdrawal. 

My periods used to be consistent at the end of the month, 4-5 days, and pretty average at that. About a year and a half ago I started getting my periods less and less. My cycles began to move out and instead of a 28 day average before I knew it, I had a 42 day average!? 😳 The first two days of my period I would get very sick (loss of appetite, puking, and even fainting sometimes), It would be heavy the first day or two and then stay light for 4 or so days. I would have full months where I wouldn't have a period what so ever. In December after more than a year of this things have gotten worse. I have now had 4 cycles between the end of December to now? My periods are averaging a 12-14 day cycle and are EXTREMELY HEAVY and painful? 

Should I go see a gyno? I'm worried and don't know what is going on!!!
