A week ago at 6 weeks my doctor diagnosed me with a miscarriage because the baby had no heart beat. Its been a week and some days now and i have still no bleeding or anything. Im thinking positive about me having a tilted uterus and maybe thats why they couldnt see it. But if i am having a miscarriage why am i not having any symptoms im so frustrated 😢 I will go to my local ER to sre if i get some answers.
