Hi ladies! So I'm 6w0 today with my very first and yesterday i went to the ER with back pain and spotting. They took my hCG levels and they came back normal for 5 weeks but when they did an ultrasound they couldn't see the embryo only the yolk sac. The spotting and back pain have stopped but I'm concerned about the missing baby. Anyone have any experience or knowledge that can help me out?
