How long after the Mirena birth control can you conceive?

My Mirena was removed about two months ago and we have been trying.

It took us two months. We miscarried at 10 weeks gestational and found out 12 weeks. Since then nothing about a year. I went to my doctor finally and I could be determined I call it borderline because he didn't say it, PCOS. I looked it up, researched it, it's depressing! We were in agreement to try conceiving all year in the start of January. After our research he says No more. Financially and emotionally it's not worth it. I was given modryxyprogesterone for one week and I haven't had my period yet (7 weeks). Conflict: we were using Glow to identify my fertile days and I hope I didn't jeopardize myself.

I got pregnant when mine was still in:/, lost that one at 10 weeks (found out I was pregnant after the baby was already gone), had the iud removed, then I got pregnant about 3 months later, it ended up being a chemical pregnancy... Then 4 months after removal got pregnant again and now I'm 18 weeks pregnant. From my experience, definitely give your body some time to regulate after removal (I was told 3 months then start ttc). It's kinda a toss up and depends on the persons body. With my second I got preggers two weeks after removing it and with our third it took 2ish months.
