My husband and I are not actively trying to conceive at this time. I actually downloaded this app to help me keep track of my period and ovulation days to help prevent pregnancy.

But we are starting to warm to the idea of a little one. I have no idea what any of these terms and abbreviations mean. There is this whole community of women who I feel I don't have anything in common or understand their lingo because I'm not a mother and I just started this journey of conception.

I feel kind of lost. So if any of you ladies could please help explain some common terms and abbreviations, I would appreciate it. I honestly don't know anything about getting pregnant besides having sex ;)
