30 weeks and so much insomnia😑

I know it'll just get worse but anyone elsehaving insomnia like crazy? I slept 3 hours 3 nights ago 4 the night after and last night 3 again. I'm physically and emotionally exhausted! I've tried Benadryl( dr approved) didn't help, Tylenol, warm bath before bed, hot black tea and milk! Nothing helps! Any other ideas , advice ?
