Questions about the BD after party???? TMI

After the BD I'll lay for a tiny bit instead of getting up right away to clean up. But even after I lay for a bit when I get up to clean up a GOOD bit of the after party is coming out. Is my body not accepting his party??? Or is this normal??? What's the best way to keep it all in?   LOL!!! Sorry I have spend my life trying not to get pregnant, so now trying to is frustrating me.
