Progesterone and bleeding?

Anyone on progesterone (vaginal) and experiencing bleeding? My doctor said its a side effect but I can't find that anywhere in research. Experiences?

I had spotting/light bleeding from 4w to 5w1d using vaginal suppositories my progesterone was super low, 9 at 4w. so they put me on shots, by 5w4d it was up to 36 and blood was gone.

I haven't bleed, but when my GP put me on it I asked if spotting was a symptom (because I had read it in posts) and he said yes it could be and not to stress if I did. Xx

I'm on progesterone suppositories too, but haven't experienced any bleeding. Only extreme discharge. For the first week I did have cramping though, which worried me enough to go to the ER. If you're worried about it, go in. Sometimes we have to be our own advocates! I hope all is well!

I was on oral and switched to the suppositories. The first night I used one I had a little blood the next morning but haven't since.
