Irregular bleeding

I have been irregularly bleeding now when I wipe for the last 3-4 weeks. It's only when I wipe, nothing appears on my underwear and most of the time it's only after I pee that I notice blood. It's a very pink watery blood. However, at times there have been streaks of darker red and once there was a small clot. I am not sure what to think of this and I've started to get a little nervous. I also have noticed some discomfort that last about 10 mins after urination. Has anyone experienced this before and if so what was it? I plan on going to the doctor but I am waiting for my appointment. Anything would help!
