How possible is it to get pregnant a day after your period!!???

It's possible to get pregnant at anytime of your cycle.

Depending on when you ovulate, unlikely. If you have normal cycles (as in you know when you ovulate) you are only "fertile" for the five days before ovulation, and the 24 hours after you release an egg.

Sperm can last up to 5 days, so before that 5 day period it would die out before an egg was even released. The day after an egg is released, it is no longer able to be fertilized.

The idea that you are "always fertile" is a huge misconception. Spontaneous ovulation is not a thing, women have a design for a reason. Super early or super late ovulation  is absolutely possible, but again you would probably be able to detect that.
