Can I make a noise complaint during the day? I recently got these neighbours that are druggies. (2 guys are left, one got kicked out) and they're in their 20's and very immature. They blast music all day, every day and I've asked them to keep it down quite a few times already. Today it seems like they have it way louder than normal and have been playing it longer. I feel like they're being so disrespectful. People in my household got off a night shift this morning and need sleep for their night shift tonight. Also yesterday, we found broken glass by our vehicles and we followed the trail into their yard. Like wtf. Is there anything I can do about this since they clearly don't get the memo of shut up.
