Sometimes that happens to my hands when i dont wear gloves using steril cleaning products at work. If you can think of any cleaning products you mightve used try to stop and see if that helps

UPDATE:
after 2 hours thebyellowing has gone away. My eyes were never yellow, nor was anything swollen... idk whats going on but is it possible for the yellow skin color to come and go so fast?

Could be Jaundice.. I was born with it.. Here & there my skin will look yellow
