Do you sleep with a bra on?

Just curious because not wearing a bra makes me feel weird so I never take them off to sleep.

I thought it was bad for your ribs and I heard always wearing a bra can make them saggier due to the muscles not working on their own sometimes

I've read so much on how wearing bras to bed can be damaging, do some research I'm not sure what's true and what's not! Most days I don't even bother with a bra anymore!

As soon as I'm in my door, it comes off. However, when I was really young when I first started wearing them I did.

Idk I have terrible pain when my bra is off. My breast are sore pretty much all the time, but it's bearable with the bra on.

Heck no. If I lay down for more than ten minutes with a bra on, I get a terrible pain in my upper back. My bra comes off as soon as I get home. I hate not feeling free.

Have DD-E boobs and usually like to sleep bra less when the bf is over but sometimes I'll wear a crop top or pjs with a bra built in to add some more comfort, they like to fly all over the place.
