TMI! I am 32 weeks pregnant and just had a thick lump of mucus when I wiped. It wasn't very big but it was enough to make me question if it could be part of my mucus plug. Last Saturday I went to the hospital and was having contractions. They gave me fluids and the contractions stopped. I had no discharge so they didn't do a pelvic exam. I have had a few contractions last night and one or two today but the doc said more than 3 in 30 minutes to come in but I haven't had that many. Is it normal to start losing the plug now, or could it mean labor is near?
