I am 4 weeks and 6 days, today around 3:00 as I wipped after peeing I seen red, it was a small amount, but it has continued, now for 45mins ive has cramping, very uncomfortable and feels like a menstral cramps, I don't have a doctor yet I'm making my first appt Monday due to insurance kicking in on the first. There are no clots or heavy bleeding but this feels like a period. I'm laying down with my feel up trying to just relax, idk what else to do... Anyone relate or give me tips,?
