Background:

I found out I was pregnant at the end of June. Ended up having to take cytotec to endure miscarriage in August because there was no baby forming. Just a yolk sac. I was taking Westhroid but my TSH, t3 and t4 were all off when I went to have blood work done on the 2nd.  My PCP changed me to and I started taking it the day before I found out I was pregnant. I've read the side effects and the kind of scare me. 

I have not been sleeping well.... And I become fatigued during the day and then sometimes have too much energy to stop doing whatever it is I'm do ( mostly cleaning the house). Also, I have been getting these weird hot/cold flashes almost like I have a fever, but it's not constant. And the last couple of days my heart pounds when I lay down, particularly when I'm on my left side. Idk if I should call and get into my ob and explain to the receptionist what's going on or if I should go back to my pcp. I have not been a patient of hers for very long. 

I'm worried that if I don't get my thyroid under control I will lose this pregnancy too. Help please.
