Looks like razor burn or an ingrown hair to me! I get them sometimes, nothing to worry about!

This is an ingrown hair. Just look up how to prevent them when shaving. They have some oil to use before shaving to prevent them. Nothing to worry about. I get them too. Should go away in a few days. But can get infected and bigger if you do not remove the hair stuck inside. Use tweezers!
