Cervical cancer and pregnancy!

I got diagnosed with cervical cancer. I had a carcinoma on my cervix and the doctor told me I needed a cone biopsy (I think that's what its called). The doctors told me i will need a histerectomy in the next year or so, so if i plan to have a baby. I need to try this year. Well I got it done yesterday and I am very uncomfortable. Me and my bf started trying to conceive a week n half before, so I won't know know till the end of the month. I just hope it doesn't affect my pregnancy if I am. I'm scared. My other child is 12 so they will be far apart. Baby dust for me. Anyone gone through the same?
