I went off the depo because I was planning to get married. Long story short, I'm not getting married anymore and now that I'm single I'm having a lot of sex. I want to be safe and protected and my FWB and I both would feel better if I was back on birth control. I'm not going to go back on depo because it made me gain so much weight, and I don't want go gain it back now that I've lost it. I won't be able to take the pill because I won't be able to remember to take it every day (and no, alarms don't help any). I don't want the implant, because Ive heard nothing but bad things about it. I've been researching the IUD and it sounds like it may be my best bet, but I don't know everything about it. How do you guys feel about the IUD or how do you like it if you have it? I just want to make sure I get the best option that is going to be the most effective for my body.
