I am 23 years old. I have been dating my wonderful boyfriend for 2 years and a half. I am a virgen. We have made the decision to wait until marriage. But we also think that if we feel ready, and we have sex before then, it will be ok... Since we love each other so much. Why do people get surprised when they realize I am still a virgen? It's not like I am telling everyone out of nowhere, but sometimes the topic pops up and I share our way of thinking. It's not that we don't want to, but we agreed to give it up to grow more as a couple. We are not afraid of sex, it's not a taboo or anything like that. We just have made a choice. But more often than not, I feel judged and seen as weird 🙄.
