When to BD after a positive OPK

I got my +OPK Thurs @ 5.45pm. When & how often should we BD??

It's better to have sex in the run up to getting a positive opk, on the day of the positive and the day after xx

I did the bd few days before and day of positive opk and one day after and still got a BFN and AF showed yesterday!! I don't know what I'm doing wrong...

Always before and on the day of a positive OPK. We have sex the day after the last day of my period and every other day until ovulation.

I heard it was the day of and the 2 days following if you ovulated the full 48 hours. And probably at least once a day, more if possible
