I was on depo for 4 years straight recently got off it in August of 2015 and I'm thinking about getting back on it I loved it! My appetite was high for the first year but I solved that by just eating healthy and not over eating I had no problems I only got off of it to let my bones regain enough calcium I did take calcium pills everyday though as you should with any birth control. Anyone else love it? I just see so many people hating on it and saying bad things!
