Breathable Mattress ???

Question

Has anyone ever bought or used one of those Secure Beginnings breathable mattress???

Are they any better?   Or is it best to stick to a normal crib mattress??

Suggestions on crib mattresses?? Thanks!!!

I've read about them. However, they have not been approved by the FDA so I would really research as to why they won't approve it.
