How to deal with loud neighbors
So i know this isn't the typical post but my husband and I are living in an apartment (house hunting) and we have such loud neighbors!!! They are annoying and let their dogs shit everywhere and they are SO LOUD. How do I approach this? I called the cops on them last night but it's like no matter what I do they won't ever stop!
