I had a very vivid dream last night that I took a pregnancy test an it was postive! So real that I woke up to tell my husband but then realized it was a dream. But before I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, I had the same dream! Does this happen to anyone else? An is it just cause maybe I wanna be pregnant again so bad or is it my body telling me this is it? Thoughts please!
