What body part might this be?

His feet are under my ribs on my right side. Whenever one side of my stomach goes down, the other side goes up. Does anyone have an idea of what part of his body that is?

Back or butt probably. Usually my babies butt is on the same side as her feet but sometimes she'll push her butt to the left with her feet still in the right side.

I think your baby might be in transverse position, so head on left or right hand side and same with bum on the other side. When lying down flat try to have a feel for his/her head, little rounded thing :) Then you will know... Dont worry you wont hurt your little one :) since my midwife showed it to me last time on my appointment i keep lookinh for that tiny head ☺️

Either his arm or butt. My babys legs kick under near my ribs. Butt sticks out on the right. Punches me on the left side and lower left is were I can feel his head bop when he's got hiccups.
