Hi ladies, looking for abit of advice/ reassurance if this is normal?

My partner and I have been trying to conceive for a year. I'm 33. Last November, when I 'gave up' trying to get pregnant the magic happened. i had begun spotting brown CM and light pink blood straight after ovualtion - is this implantation? i felt very tired and dizzy. i did a test at 4 weeks which was positive. Unfortunately at 5 weeks I suffered a natural miscarriage.

We have been TTC now for the last 4 cycles since. my body clock feels back to normal down there but each time I ovulate I start to pass brown mucus/blood. I get so tired and period like pains. numb legs also. does this happen to anyone else? this will last for the whole 10 days up until my next period.

it would be great to hear your thoughts or recommendations on this as it is really making me feel so low right now.
