How long to wait to announce you are pregnant?

Just found out I am pregnant with home pregnancy test This morning and I am bursting with joy. I told my husband and that's it.

Following. Wondering the same. I told my husband and closest friend the morning of BFP because I was freaking out. Waiting for doctors confirmation to tell my mom.

I waited until after my 8 weeks appt to tell anyone other than my husband and my mom. I waited until 18 weeks to put it on. FB !

It depends on each person. I plan to tell my husband right away and then I will tell our immediate family members(and some very close aunts uncles and cousins) after I get an ultrasound pic with a due date and then wait to tell everyone else after the first trimester but everyone is different. A girl I knew waited and told everyone the same day and she was only 2 months pregnant.

I told everybody right away😂😂😂😂😂😂 well my baby father, my cousin and my sister and some friends! Then after I got a ultrasound the next week, a 3D ultrasound and heard that 177 hr I posted it for the world to see!!!! Mama love her baby!!!

I told my husband and 3 best friends that knew we were trying the day I got my BFP. We waited to tell anyone, including family until week 9. It was Christmas so it was a little earlier than I would have but it was perfect for us. Announced on Facebook at 11 weeks

We've told about a dozen people. All close family and friends except my husband's boss. We're going to announce to everyone else after the first trimester.
