Just curious about others' eating habits. I need to change my own.

Sorry but none of that makes any sense to me... why would sitting or standing change anything? Why would barely eating enough to be satisfied NE a good eating habit? It's what you eat you should be looking at... and what times you eat. You should go see a nutritionist.

You eat while sitting so you take your time. Standing you eat faster and feel hungry even if your done. (It takes about 20 minutes to feel full thats why buffets are so bad for you.) You eat until your comfortable,  don't leave your self feeling hungry.
