Just wondering how long your average cycles are..?

I (Stupidly) had unprotected sex with my partner on January 23rd 2 days after my cycle ended.. I am usually regular (28 days I thought) however I am nearly a week late now according to glows calendar... I am not trying to get pregnant nor would I want to be pregnant so am very anxious right now... I've had stomach cramps on and off for a week but no "flow"

I'm just hoping that I'm just above the average 28 day cycle... otherwise I feel a pregnancy test coming on 🙈
