After my first miscarriage I conceived again 5 months later. Everyday would feel like an eternity and I would be rushing to the toilet everytime I felt any back pain or cramp to check for bleeding. Unfortunately that ended in a miscarriage too. What I want to ask is how did you deal with your pregnancy after a miscarriage. How did you keep from worrying and pass the time. Im a little worried about whenever I do get pregnant again how I will pass the time without stressing and worrying. What helped you to get through your pregnancy? I would really appreciate any advice/coping strategies.
