Just wanted to suggest babylist for registering. It's super easy to add items from any store and allows shoppers to pick where they want to buy. They have an app so you can add things on the go or when someone is like, you must add this or that. You can reserve items too, so we blocked off things our parents want to get us. Highly recommend!
