Scared of miscarriage 😩

Does anyone else get scared when they read about other people on here having complications with their pregnancy? 😩 or even more so when they lose their baby? I'm just praying for a healthy 9 months and a happy, healthy baby. I'm currently 5 weeks 5 days and can't get an u/s till 10 weeks. Been having cramping and I'm so scared  😐 pray for me please! 🙏🏼 baby dust to all.
