Hello pretty ladies! Today I had my 16 week doctor's appointment.. I've gained 10lbs so far.. But this all weight gain happened in just one month. Now my doctor says I cannot gain more than 10lbs in the whole pregnancy. Though my diet is not much but my body gains weight quickly. I'm super worried now. My height is 5:3 and pre- pregnancy Weight was 145 lbs. Anyone managing with the same situation.?
