The bleeding had almost completely stopped and it was mostly brownish, but today it's picked back up to a heavy period flow and is bright red. I'm also cramping like a period. Is this normal postpartum or could I have started my period again this soon?

I should also add that I breastfed for the first 5 days and then had to stop due to severe postpartum depression and having to go back on my old meds that can taint the milk, and I have no idea if stopping breastfeeding like that would/could have messed with the hormones causing all of this. Any advice appreciated 😊
