Random cramping? HELP

I need some advice please ladies. My period ended 6 days ago. The day after my period ended this random cramping started. It kind of feels like a twinge. It's not period or bowel cramps. I have no idea what this cramping could mean. I have been taking ovulation tests too, but nothing positive yet. Any thoughts? Thanks!!
