Body Pain...everywhere. Help :(

Hey mommas. I wake up every morning at about 3am because my entire body feels like it's on fire...my hips, my back, ankles, calves, like everything. I take 1 Tylenol before bed and have a foam block pillow for in between my hips...does anyone have any other ideas on how to ease the pain? I'm only getting 3 hours of sleep and it's posing a problem when I still work 40 hours a week...I'm desperate! (33 and 6 today).
