What is the worst experience you have had with a doctor?

My worst experience would probably have to be when I was 14, I went to ER because I had intense muscle pain in my neck and back of my head. The doctor that saw me told me to just take some advil and it would be gone in 3 days max. Turns out, it was whiplash and I had such intense pain that I had to have my mom give me massages every night and I would cry even though she was barely touching me and I was out of PE for a couple of months.

About six months after my brother died, my mother convinced me to go to her gp to see if I could get some advice because I wasn't sleeping (I was sleeping about 3-4 hours a night if I stayed with Andy, but 1-2 if I was in my own bedroom). The second she got in the room, she started in on me about my weight, including telling me that I should do weight watchers and telling me to take out my phone and download a weight-loss app in front of her. When she finally decided to look at the chart for the reason I was there, she said it was probably just stress since "obviously you are stressed, your dad is dying". I started crying, because I was stressed and exhausted and embarrassed about my weight. She decided this meant that I was mentally unstable. She would not let me leave until I called my mother WHILE SHE WAS IN THE ROOM to tell my mother that I was allowing this doctor to talk to my mother about my health. I was 25 years old. I have never been back. I haven't had a well visit since.

Not really doctor's fault, but when I was 13 a horse fell on me at a competition and I had to have like an hour long ambulance ride out of the state to a children's hospital. I thought I had died because I was strapped down and couldn't move, and the nurse had stopped talking to me (because I was asking the same question rather frantically every minute or so. Totally didn't remember the answer.). I was absolutely terrified and confused.  The doctors were really awesome tho. 
Worst doctor was one who told me I just had a sinus infection and sent me home. I got into see my primary and she said I had the worst case of tonsillitis she had ever seen and excused me from an entire week of school.

Not my personal experience.

My Auntie doctor told her she couldnt have anymore kids(she had three boys, dreamed of a girl) due to her crohnes disease and fair enough. Later dismissed a mole on her nose as harmless.

She got a second opinion and had it tested. Melanoma. Got it fixed in time. She she asked this new doctor if could have more kids they said yes despite the crohns.

She got pregnant. She died for 5 minutes after have Induced labor early due to a crohns attack. She is alive today. Hasn't had an attack since. Buy so happy with her family of 4, three boys, one girl. :) I love my aunty.

I went to a new doctor to get back on birth control when I moved to Texas. I was struggling with my weight but with diet and exercise I had lost 20 pounds but still chubby.Keep in mind I had never met this woman before. She comes in the room , introduces herself and then says " so what are you doing about your weight ?" I'm sorry, I'm here for a Pap smear how bout you just do your job. She was so rude the whole time! I filed a complaint but never heard anything from her office again. 
Another time I was at a GI specialist and he seemed very nervous just to be in the room . He accidentally touched my boob during an exam and freaked out apologizing profusely and was even more nervous the rest of the visit 😂

Went to the ER when I was 13ish for severe stomach pain. Turns out I had an ovarian cyst the size of a Grape Fruit. The doctor starts yelling at my Mother telling her that she should've brought me in sooner and that I will probably never have children now.

While in labor with my first child, the doctor had very short stubby fingers. Everytime she would check my cervix it hurt worse than the actual contractions and it felt like she was elbow deep. When I welped, she told me that if I would hurry up and get the epidural it wouldn't hurt so bad when she checked me. I told her if she didn't have tree trunk fingers it may not hurt as bad. She didn't talk much when she came back.

I had a doctor tell me that since I'm overweight I can expect foot pain before even asking if I'd had an injury. I'd fallen down the stairs and a bone was broken.

Different doctor years later, last spring I had stress induced cardiomyopathy, which is rare and serious, but not weight related. My cardiologist hounds me every time I see him to have gastric bypass surgery. I'm overweight, yes, but not so much that surgery is even medically indicated for me!  It's humiliating and offensive and irrelevant to the reason I see him, but I can't change doctors, he's the only cardiologist who takes my insurance in 50 miles. Sometimes I wish I lived in a city...

When i first went on the pill, the doctor told me to take the full pack and then a break. Well a few month later or something, i told her i was doing what she said..... Well she then said that im not supposed to take a break with the ones that i am on. I could have gotten pregnant during that time 😩😩😩😩

It was during my  son's delivery before the pushing, the external monitors kept falling off. So they put in an internal monitor,  a little wire they push through the cervix and it is supposed to wrap around the babys head. It hurt like hell and later on it had slipped out they came in, didn't look at me or explain just lifted the sheets and JAMMED it back in, I screamed the f word which I never use off the top of my lungs. They were like oops sorry and I just started sobbing hysterically. They also jammed it into my son's head he still has the scar.

I'd been going to a specialist for a few months for a new illness he was researching that made me not able to eat food properly and suffer with my stomach, I hated him but he was the only one within 100 miles that could see me. The 3rd time I'd gone he hadn't looked into any of my medical notes and as soon as I sat down he asked when I was starting a diet and getting a gym membership, I explained that if he'd read my notes he'd see that I have pcos and suffer terribly with weight loss and I couldn't exercise like others because of another disability. He said 'your fat and your going to look like a beached whale in a few months if you don't do as I say! Then where will you be without your fiancé (i had my engagement ring)'. He did an endoscopy that day despite me telling him I'd had one 2 months ago without problem for this appointnent and he had the results. He ignored me and did one anyway,  I coughed up blood for 3 days, I found out a week later he wasn't trained to do it and he had used me for practice as he was planning on training for them. I reported his behaviour and he was sacked 3 days later, he replacement is even worse now and has told me 'there is nothing wrong with me so suck it up lose the weight and make yourself eat, I don't care if your sick'. I hate doctors.

I went to the ER for an asthma attack and also had laryngitis at the time so I could only whisper and I somehow ended up with the most inappropriate and disrespectful douchebag of a doctor.

1. I'm 22 and don't drink (which was completely irrelevant to my being there) yet he refused to believe that and basically interrogated me about it because he thought I was lying to my mum who was there with me

2. Had the audacity to ask if I speak English like we were having a conversation in said language....

3. Completely disregarded me and the fact that I was having trouble breathing and started having a one sided conversation with my mum about politics

4. He did absolutely nothing except tell me to sleep my asthma attack off and drink tea for my voice AND expected me to wait for 2 hours so he could write up a the report....
