How much does your baby move?

I feel like the past few days of entering the third trimester my baby doesn't move as much as he/she did as when say I was like 18 weeks. Should I be worried ?

As your little one grows he or she is beginning to run out of space which restricts movement. As long as you are feeling regular movement, everything should be fine. You may want to start kick counting, especially as you get further into your third trimester. You can Google how to count your baby's kicks. Basically you sit quietly for an hour once or twice a day and see how much your little one moves (any movement counts). My doctor told me I should be able to count at least 5 movements, but I have also heard ten. You can drink juice or something cold to encourage movement and try again if you're not getting enough movement after the first hour of counting. My doctor said to call if the juice doesn't help. Always listen to your body. If you think something is wrong, don't hesitate to call your doctor. That's what they are there for! Good luck!

I'm 34 weeks and my baby's movement has gotten stronger and more frequent. Some days he is lazier than others but most days he is crazy in there.

My baby has super active days & other days he isn't moving as much but I feel him on and off throughout the day every day. I feel like I don't feel him as much when I'm moving around & busy.
