Not sure. But I would monitor your bbt next month to see if you actually ovulated. Opks only detect that your body is preparing to ovulate, not that you actually did.

Hard to say. Its hard to tell that you ovulated 3x or tried to by opks. I'd go in for a ultrasound or blood work to confirm it.
