Antibiotics during pregnancy

I just got my bfp this morning! I have been sick for the past 2 weeks (sore throat, really bad head cold, cough, chest congestion, etc). I was planning on going to an urgent care today because I think I may have a sinus infection. Has anyone taken antibiotics during pregnancy?  I'm also reluctant bc they tend to bother my stomach and give me a yeast infection so I don't know if I should just tough it out...I'm just not getting any better.
